Gainesville vacation rentals

We have rented from Tera and Justin for multiple summers and they are always a delight! Very informative and responsive. We picked this space because we had more guests to host this year and there was plenty of space for everyone! The girls loved the sun deck at the dock and the boys enjoyed all of the games and activities inside the house too. Their homes are always stocked with lots of essentials too like beach towels, paper towels, linens, etc. Thanks for another great stay!

This is the second time that we have rented one of Justin and Tara's beautiful homes. Both times we were very pleased with the homes. IF you are traveling with a person with mobility issues both homes are very easy to get around in. The lake is not visible from the home during July and it is a steep hill to get to the lake so I did not go down to the lake my husband did and said it was very nice area. I will say if you have mobility issues and want to go to the lake it is very close driving distance to a place that has easier lake access. Justin and Tara are very nice and will help with ease of reservations to any other need you may have. I will say of the two homes we have stayed in this is my husband's favorite even though it is lots of homes close by the neighborhood is very quiet.

This lake home was exactly what we needed and more. We hosted multiple families together, and the setup created such a natural balance of privacy and connection. Each family had their own space to retreat and rest, while the shared kitchen and living areas made it easy to gather, share meals, and spend meaningful time together. The home itself was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. The lake setting added a calm that you can’t quite put into words. It gave our families space to breathe, slow down, and simply be together in the middle of full and often heavy seasons of life. Everything was clean, thoughtfully prepared, and well cared for. You can tell the hosts have created a space with intention, not just for comfort but for experience. This home didn’t just meet our needs, it created an environment where connection happened naturally. We are so grateful and would absolutely stay here again.

Angie was amazing, she communicated very well and had lots of input and helpful suggestion for us. She was very an accommodating with our fur baby and even left water out for her. Love the snacks that were left out as well. Angie’s home is beautiful and well worth the money. Having the two kitchen was a life saver when cooking Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely look to rent again for the summer.
