City View vacation rentals

This is a great place to stay and the place is very clean. Stephanie & DJ made my 2 week trip very memorable. I met both Stephanie & DJ in person a few times and they are very professional, very friendly, very accommodating, very good human beings, very helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need. You can see why they are Superhosts. What they described in the photo and listing is what you will get. Also, great communication and you can tell that Stephanie & DJ cares a lot about your stay and comfort. They also have a white noise machine and Roku TV. The bathroom is clean and the bed is comfy. They would also provide you with water bottles and snacks. I originally had to cancel my booking because of the baseball strike and was going to moved it to another day but then I found out that I can still make my original booking date. Stephanie and DJ were flexible and allowed me to book the new dates but after I told them that I can still make my original date, they let me book my original dates back. I originally was worried about my safety before I got here but after I got here, I felt very safe and this is a safe neighborhood. Also, it's convenient for taking the bus or ubering downtown and other places and it's not that far from downtown. This place is better than a hotel room. Also, DJ is renovate the building behind this one and he's very talented at it. I see that he's trying to make a difference in this community and I wish him the best at it. If I can give Stephanie & DJ more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommended. I will book with Stephanie & DJ again if I come back to St. Louis and if they have the dates avaliable that I'm planning on staying.

We arrived at Alicias place just after check in time to be greeted by a card to wish us a nice stay, and it turned into exactly that. Alicia came to intoduce herself quickly despite giving us easy to follow guides to allow us entry to the property. The property itself was clean and tidy and had everything needed to relax in and feel like a home away from home. Big sofa, tv with Netflix, kitchen area with microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee/tea maker, bathroom, bedroom with an extra big bed and many extra sleeping areas to house a bigger group. Alicia communicated with us leading upto our trip and continued to do so even when we were out and about, giving us advise on local eateries and places to visit. The property itself is located just an hour or so drive from Death Valley and only an hours drive from Las Vegas so a perfect hub for those wanting to explore more of Nevada than just the bright lights of Sin City. Add to that an outside pool which was appreciated after visits to Death Valley, outdoor seating areas, lots of parking spaces, this place makes the perfect stay away, more so with her 2 dogs who come to see us on a few occassions, made up for us being away from our own doggy. Alicia also offers a freshly cooked breakfast each day at a time that suits your needs which sets you up for the majority of the day, including eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes. Wouldnt hessitate to stay again even after having 5 days already there, and even thinking of rebooking for next year once back in the UK. A must use for Airbnb users wanting to explore more of Nevada/California than just the usual main cities.

My husband and I enjoyed our four-night stay. The property was well-kept and very much as it appeared in description and photos on the listing site. Generous off-street parking, small outside patio with grill. Plenty of room in this 2-bedroom, 1-bath rental for the two of us. Beds were very comfortable--quality linens. Care was taken by owner to try and think of pretty much everything a renter might want or find convenient during a stay. That included everything from luggage stand and hangers in the closet to a cabinet stocked with games, to a binder listing area restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing. We were greeted with a snack-basket and fully stocked "coffee bar corner." I especially liked having a laundry room in the rental. We went to Canyon, TX for our first look at the geology and natural beauty of the Canyonlands in the Texas Panhandle. We were a10-15 minute easy drive to Palo Duro Canyon State Park, and also very close to other sites like national preserves, state parks and even Cadillac Ranch. Canyon itself had a large natural history museum, a splash of different ethnic restaurants (Greek, Thai, Mexican, Italian, etc.), some antique stores to peruse, and, surrounded by big sky country, some beautiful sunsets to view. The town is not too spread out, so everything seems in walking distance or a very quick drive. With a university in the Canyon there are all the fast-food restaurants, grocery stores and even a Walmart. (We made several meals in the well-stocked kitchen at Buffalo Junction). We would recommend the home to others and would stay there again when we return to the area. Our hostess was very responsive and truly made our stay in her rental exceptional.

Patty’s Casitas is your best choice if you are planning to visit Panama. I stayed in the studio condo in the Casco Viejo from 22nd of September to the 24th, spent four days in Boquete and then returned to el studio from 28th until 1st October. I do have a lot of memories in El Casco Viejo, I am from here. I moved to this area in 1968, attended Simon Bolivar elementary school from 1971 until 1978, first communion in La Catedral in 1975, confirmation in La Merced in 1987 and wedding in La Merced in 2004. I am now an US Army servicemember retiree (after 26 years) and travel to Panama every six months to visit my mother who still lives in El Casco Viejo. Patty and Rudy are the people you want to talk if you are planning a trip to Panama and El Casco Viejo. They are great host and people that would do the ultimate to make your stay in Panama a nice memory. The studio room is so comfortable, clean and quiet that will make you believe you are by yourself in this building. El Casco Viejo is loud per nature because of all the new remodeling, restaurants, cars and people but the studio room is located in the back of the building and you will not hear anything. Rudy and Patty accommodated me between their busy schedule to ensure that I had no concerns with the room or my stay in my country. From the studio, I walked all over El Casco Viejo with my mother and it is amazing how it has changed from a quiet place back in the days to one of most visited places in Panama. I recommend Patty’s Casitas to anyone. In conclusion, everything is perfect in this place, A great place to stay!!! Kenny Rivera US Army (Ret) PS. Our stay at Kaystay’s presidential apartment was nothing short of exceptional. The location was ideal — close enough to the heart of Ho Chi Minh City for easy access to all the energy and excitement, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. You truly get the best of both worlds here. The apartment itself had great charm — beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. It felt like a quiet retreat after exploring the city’s vibrant streets. District 1 was right across the bridge, which made it super convenient for dining, nightlife, and shopping. There were also plenty of local events happening nearby and even a metro station within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The host was another highlight. We were warmly greeted upon check-in, and throughout our stay, communication was excellent. The host was always available, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed — from local recommendations to quick responses to our quest

What an ideal location and place! A short and easy walk (five minutes, tops) to the restaurants and shops on the downtown square, this cozy spot is close to everything you need to unwind after a day of wine tasting. But, it's just far away enough from the hubbub to offer a quiet and secluded experience. The cottage is super comfy and homey, and Kirk and Lisa do an excellent job of keeping it very clean and tidy throughout. The kitchenette was well-appointed with the essentials and the TV options were a nice touch. The patio is a great spot to spend while sipping morning coffee or a glass - or more - of wine at night. We felt like locals whom were fortunate to have such a cute house in a perfect locale. We never met our hosts, but appreciated their attention to detail and communications via emails and notes. Thank you for helping to make our getaway a wonderful experience! One note: Our stay was during an historic heat wave in Paso Robles where temps hit 110. The AC handled it beautifully.

Stephanie and DJ were communicative and helpful. Easy check in, immaculate clean space, and they had coffee, some snacks, toiletries etc. It is a very cute building and well decorated. 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown so the location is very convenient Two notes that I think you should know before booking: 1. the bathroom has a curtain instead of a lockable door separating it from the bedroom/living space. If you’re staying there with someone, make sure it’s someone you’re comfortable with because there is less privacy than one would normally expect 2. The neighborhood is actively being revitalized, so when you’re driving to the space it has a bit of a run down appearance. I did not feel unsafe, but it is not a neighborhood that I would want to go walking around for the scenery Neither of the above things would prevent me from booking this space again, but I think it is good to know in advance of booking

This is a great rental. It's very clean!!! The area in just up the hill from the center of town yet very quiet. It felt very safe too considering the police department is at the base of the hill. They list a pool but the pool they're referring to is at a water park you pay to get in. Also, the bathroom upstairs is a Jack and Jill bathroom shared between the two bedrooms. The jets to the tub are on a wall farthest away from the tub so you have to get out to turn them on and off. The water heater isn't big enough to fill the tub with hot water. The shower downstairs listed as the second bathroom was so small my 5 year old wouldn't get in. It's literally like half a foot to a foot wide. I'm not sure why it's even there other than to list as two bathrooms to sell the townhouse for more rent. It really is an emaculate place, not speck of dust to be found. We met the owner when we got there which I found unusual considering they could just give us the code but he went over all the rules and the information on the town. They supplied coffee, creamer, sugar, washing detergent and ANYTHING you could ever need in a kitchen. Plus, there is a gas grill and a place to sit outside, a screened in porch, a sunroom and then a living room. The dining room is next to the kitchen with a bar area for two. We like to keep the temperature really cool, especially at night and the place stayed perfectly crisp and cool for us. The owners are great hosts and other than a few logistical issues (mentioned above) we had a GREAT time! I would reccomend renting from them after knowing about the bathrooms and such. (The listing is kind of vague in these areas.) Thanks for great stay and your recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the beautiful town of Helen, GA!
