The entrance to the beautiful holiday home is in the basement and has a spacious wardrobe for ski clothes, in the boiler room there is space to dry ski boots. A laundry room with washing machine is located in the house. For drying the laundry there is space in the games room, where a table tennis table and table football table invite you to linger. The first floor of the beautiful holiday home is accessible in the summer with a rollator or wheelchair.The holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the ski slope or the stop of the free shuttle bus, which will take you to the valley station within a few minutes. There are also various shopping facilities and the post bus station. There is space for 1-2 cars in the garage and you are also welcome to park your car in front of the house.
Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.On the upper edge of the sunny village of Flims lies the beautiful holiday home El Cantun with large grounds and beautiful garden. On 200sqm there is space for up to 12 people to relax and enjoy. The spacious holiday home has 4 bedrooms: one bedroom with bunk beds as double beds, one bedroom with 3 beds with slatted frame as storage and washbasin, one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, the fourth bedroom has a double bed with washbasin and is located on the ground floor. The ground floor is accessible from the street and has a bathroom with bathtub-shower and toilet, as well as a spacious living and dining room (separable) with fireplace and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and the heart of the kitchen is definitely the combi-steam oven, which makes cooking child's play.There are also two bathrooms in the house, both of which are on the upper floor, next to the remaining 3 bedrooms.
