Cozy Rusalka Studio - Walk to Beach & Marina - Sveti Vlas

Sveti Vlas is one of Bulgaria's most relaxed Black Sea resorts - lively enough to offer everything you need, yet peaceful compared to the larger resort towns. Our studio, located in the quiet Rusalka neighbourhood, captures that atmosphere perfectly: a peaceful residential street with the beach, restaurants, cafés, and the marina all within easy walking distance.

This bright and comfortable second-floor studio is ideal for a relaxing getaway for two. It features a fully equipped kitchenette with a hob and fridge, air conditioning, a washing machine, cable TV, and a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

A Wi-Fi router is provided. Simply purchase an inexpensive local SIM card with a data plan from any nearby mobile phone shop to get online. The router also connects to the TV.

The studio comfortably accommodates up to two guests.

Everything you need is just outside your door: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, a pharmacy, and an open-air entertainment amphitheatre. The waterfront promenade is only a short walk away and leads to Marina Dinevi, Bulgaria's largest yacht marina.

If you'd like to explore further, Sunny Beach is only a 10-minute drive away, while the UNESCO World Heritage town of Nessebar - with its charming cobbled streets and ancient Greek and Roman ruins - is around 15 minutes away. A regular bus service runs to the nearby water park, and bicycle and e-scooter rentals are available just around the corner.
