You wake up, pull back the curtains, and the Gulf is right there — sand a three-minute walk away, the sunrise already painting the water gold. This is Casa Vista Mare: two brand-new side-by-side beach homes rented together, so all sixteen of your people share one address and nobody gets left behind. Cook a big breakfast in a bright, fully-stocked kitchen, then decide the day — beach, golf, casino, or waterpark, all within ten minutes. Family reunions happen here.

ABOUT THIS SPACE

Casa Vista Mare is two newly-built contemporary homes — Unit A and Unit B — booked together as one property. You get both, side by side, so sixteen guests spread into two full homes while still gathering as one: the teens claim one house, the grandparents the other, and everyone meets on the covered patios in between. Each unit is a complete, single-level home — no stairs, which parents of toddlers and grandparents alike appreciate.

Living spaces: Both homes have a bright, modern living room with a 55-inch HDTV streaming Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, and more. In Unit A, the living room doors open toward the beach path — sink into the couch after a sun-soaked day and let the kids pick the movie.

Kitchens: Each home has its own fully-stocked, Instagram-worthy kitchen built for real cooking — LG stainless gas stove and oven, full-size fridge plus mini fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and dishes and silverware for the whole group. Two dining tables seat the whole crew at once.

Sleeping (10 beds, sleeps 16):
- Unit A: 1 King, 2 Queens, and a Twin Bunk
- Unit B: 3 Queens and a Twin Bunk
Beds come made with fresh linens; extra bedding, an iron, and a full-size washer and dryer live in each home so you leave with clean laundry.

Outside: Each unit has its own covered patio with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a BBQ grill, and beach essentials, plus a private, fully-fenced backyard. Fire up the grill and let the kids run while dinner cooks in the ocean breeze.

Also stocked: fast WiFi, central A/C, a dedicated workspace, toiletries, and a starter supply of paper goods, coffee, and laundry pods.

GUEST ACCESS

You'll have the entire property — both Unit A and Unit B — completely to yourselves. No shared spaces, no other guests on site. Check-in is easy and contactless with a smart lock on each home; your door codes arrive before you do, so you can head straight to the beach after 4:00 PM. PARKING

Parking is free and on-site, with no permits and no fees. Each home has its own driveway and garage parking, so there's plenty of room for multiple vehicles — exactly what a group of sixteen arriving in several cars needs. Pull right up to your door, unload the coolers and beach chairs steps from the kitchen, and settle in. There's comfortable side-by-side space for the whole caravan.

HOUSE RULES

We keep the rules simple so everyone — including our neighbors — has a great stay:

- Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
- Up to 16 guests; this is a family-friendly home, so no parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. We're in a welcoming residential neighborhood, and keeping evenings peaceful is what lets us keep hosting families here — so please keep any late-night celebrating indoors and easy. (For transparency: the neighborhood does issue a $500 ordinance fine for noise complaints, which would be passed along, but with considerate guests it simply never comes up.)
- No smoking anywhere on the property, and no pets, please.
- A refundable $300 hold (through our company, Southern Charm Vacay) is placed before arrival and released after checkout, assuming no damage.
- Exterior security cameras are on the property for everyone's safety.
