Is it possible to set up a percentage fee on Houfy?

4. Edit > Pricing

5. Rates & Fees

By default a percentage fee is calculated on the rental amount only, so it does not include your turnover preparation fee, pet fee or additional guest fee. If you tick the option to apply the fee on the total, it will be calculated on the whole booking including those fees. Set your rates according to which of the two you choose.
