How to remove the refundable reservations option for your guests?

Refundable reservations is an account-level setting on your classic Houfy websites, and removing it needs the Lite or Premium plan.

1. Open your classic websites list: houfy.com/new/website-classic. (If you land in the AI website builder instead, click Classic websites in the left rail.)

2. Click Manage on any of your websites. You arrive on Templates.

3. Click Preferences in the left menu.

4. Click Advanced Settings to expand it - the sections on this page all start closed, so there is nothing to scroll to until you open one.

5. Find Remove Refundable reservations option on checkout page and choose Remove refundable reservations option.

Two things worth knowing before you do it:

• This setting applies to ALL of your websites, not just the one you opened. Choosing Remove on one website removes the option on every website on your account.

• It needs a paid plan. On the free plan the page answers Please upgrade to use this feature of our Premium Plan. and the change is not saved.
