How to Remove the “Outdated Availability or Pricing” Warning on Houfy
The caution message is a one-time check, not a freshness test. Clear it permanently by connecting a calendar, blocking any date, taking a booking, or setting No other iCal/external calendars to Yes.

Keeping your Houfy listing accurate is essential to build trust with potential guests. If you see the caution message “This listing might have outdated availability and/or pricing” on your property page, it means your listing carries no sign that its calendar is being kept up to date.
Don’t worry—removing this message is simple. Just follow one of the steps below to ensure your listing always shows correct and current information.
Why does this message appear?
The message appears when your listing shows no sign that its calendar is being maintained. It is a one-time check, not an ongoing freshness test - Houfy is not measuring how recently you logged in or how old your prices are. It looks for any one of the signals below, and finding a single one is enough to remove the message permanently.
How to remove the caution message
Do any one of these:
Connect an external calendar. Sync your Houfy calendar with Airbnb, VRBO or a channel manager.
Block any date on your calendar. It does not need to be in the future - one blocked date anywhere is enough.
Take a booking. Any reservation with a checkout date of today or later clears it.
Tell us you do not sync anywhere. If Houfy is your only calendar, go to Manage Listings, Edit, Calendar, the Advanced tab, and set No other iCal/external calendars to Yes. The message is removed immediately.
Once any one of these is true the caution message is removed and does not come back.
