How to import a newly added listing from OwnerRez into Houfy

If you add new listing at OwnerRez and want it to be imported at Houfy, please follow these steps:

1. Right menu -> Manage Listings -> Software -partners

2. Find your OwnerRez connection under Connected Accounts and click Pull New Listings.

3. Houfy fetches the listings that are on your OwnerRez account but not yet on Houfy, and shows them for mapping.

4. Map each new listing - either to an existing Houfy listing, or by creating a new one.

You can map your existing listing on Houfy to OwnerRez listing.

Select create a new listing option and click Create a new listing. The mapping row shows the OwnerRez Property on the left and a Houfy Listing dropdown on the right, with tick boxes for what to sync: Listing rates, All listing data, Listing description, Listing amenities/suitability/activities, Listing availability, Listing name and Listing photos. Leave them all ticked to bring everything across, then click Create a new listing.

Houfy will create a new listing by importing data from OwnerRez.

5. Select your sync settings for each listing.

• a. Listing basic information: Overview about property, room details, location, amenities, suitability, activities, etc.

• b. Listing rates: Pricing import from OwnerRez to Houfy

• c. Listing availability: Listing availability import from OwnerRez to Houfy
