How do I create a Houfy account?

Note: you must be at least 16 years old to create a Houfy account.

1. Go to Houfy.com and select sign up for Houfy.

2. Enter your name, e-mail and password. Your password must be at least 8 characters.

3. Click sign up.

4. To finish creating your account, confirm your e-mail address. Adding and verifying a phone number is optional - you can do it any time from Edit Profile, and your account works without it.

5. If you sign up with Google or Facebook, your account has no Houfy password until you set one. Go to houfy.com/forgotpassword and enter the same address you used with Google or Facebook, then follow the link we e-mail you. Keep the password: you will need it later if you ever change your login e-mail. Note: the reset screen confirms that a link was sent even if the address you typed is not the one on your account, so if no e-mail arrives within a few minutes, the likeliest cause is a different address rather than a delay - contact info@houfy.com and we will tell you which address the account uses.
