How do I change my login email?

1. Log in. Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner.

2. Click Edit Profile, or go to houfy.com/account/editprofile

3. Open Email Addresses and click Change next to your primary email

4. Enter your new email address

Press Enter, or click anywhere outside the box, to bring up the Change Email Address window.

Enter your Houfy password into the Change Email Address window. 

Click Yes.

You will be automatically logged out of Houfy, and prompted to sign in using the new email address.

A change of login email notification will be sent to your previous login email address.

Sign back in with your new address, then return to houfy.com/account/editprofile and open Email Addresses.

Your new address is listed with an amber marker until it is confirmed, and a Verify button sits next to it. Click Verify and we will e-mail you a confirmation link.

If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, and make sure you are looking in the inbox of the new address rather than the old one.

Once you click the link in that e-mail, the amber marker turns green.
