How do I cancel my Houfy subscription

• Go to Houfy Pay: https://www.houfy.com/houfypay - you can also reach it from the profile menu at the top right, under Houfy Pay.

• Click Cancel Subscription.

• In the confirmation window, click Cancel Subscription again to confirm - or Keep Subscription if you change your mind.

If you are on a paid subscription, it stays active until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged on your next billing date. If you are still on a free trial, cancelling ends the trial and your access straight away, so cancel on the last day of the trial if you want to use it in full.
