How do I add a photo to room details on my Houfy listing?

Before you start: you can only tag a photo to a room you have already created. If you have not set up your rooms yet, do that first - see "Adding room details on your Houfy listing".

1. Go to Edit listing > Photos.

2. Click Edit under the photo you want to tag.

3. Under Tag this photo, tick the room the photo belongs to. You can tick more than one.

It saves as soon as you tick it - there is no separate Save button.

If you do not see any rooms listed under Tag this photo, it means the listing has no rooms yet. Add them under Edit listing > Overview > Property details, then scroll to Sleeping configuration and click it open - the sections on that page start closed. Add your rooms under Room Details, then come back.

One thing that catches people out: the room tag is separate from the photo category you pick in the gallery. Choosing the Living room category groups the photo in your gallery, but it does not put the photo on the Living Room card in your Sleeping configuration. Only the room tag above does that. If a room card is showing as an empty box, this is almost always why.
