Houfy website builder templates

The website builder offers different templates to set the layout of your website. There are six templates: Houfy, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars and Jupiter.

Which ones you see depends on your website type. A single vacation rental website is offered all six. A multiple-property website is offered five - the Houfy template is available on single-rental websites only.

• Houfy - a fixed-width layout with the search box centred below the main image. Single-rental websites only.

• Mercury, Mars and Jupiter - a full-width main image with the search box below it. Jupiter also uses a full-width menu bar on every website type.

• Venus - a full-width main image with the search box as a floating bar near the bottom edge of the image.

• Earth - a fixed-width main image with the search box below it, and menu dropdowns aligned to the left.

To choose a different template

1. Open the website builder at houfy.com/new/website-classic and click Manage on the website you want to change. (The Website builder entry in the plus menu opens Houfy’s AI Website Builder, which is a different product. If you land there, click Classic websites in the left menu.)

2. The builder opens on Templates. If you are elsewhere, click Templates in the left menu.

3. Click the template you want. The one you are using is marked Active, and the others are marked Install.

Please note: applying a template will overwrite or make changes to your pages as per the template design. Your content will be preserved.
