Create a rental agreement online with Houfy

1. Click the plus in the top bar to open the Create menu, scroll to the bottom and select Rental agreement - or go straight to houfy.com/new/agreement.

2. Choose the listing this agreement is for. Every new agreement starts from the Houfy default template, which fills in predefined sections you can then edit - there is no other template to pick.

3. Click Create a rental agreement.

If the listing you choose already has a rental agreement, creating a new one REPLACES it - all of its sections are deleted and rebuilt from the default template, and this cannot be undone. There is no way to copy an agreement between listings; see Copy rental agreement from one listing to another for what to do instead.

To include variables such as check-in date, check-out date, or listing details like house rules, you can use different placeholders within the text section
