It was one of the most amazing and relaxing stays in our trips through Bucovina and not only. The garden is lovely, and our kids adored it, having enough space to run and ride the bikes the hosts put at our disposal as they did their best in order for us to enjoy each moment of our stay. We even had a bike ride to Voronet monastery which we definitely recommend. The vegetable garden was another attraction for our kids who loved eating fresh carrots and pears picked directly by them from the garden. We were welcomed with homemade cake, fresh fruits and vegetables, cold water, “zacusca” and homemade cherry brandy. The place is full of love from their hosts and can be felt in each corner of this traditional house which has been renovated to offer full comfort. The house is located perfectly so that you can easily reach main points of attraction, there are plenty of shops nearby, good restaurants that can be reached by foot. It is a quiet area where you can relax after a full day of visiting lovely places or doing fun activities (zipline in La Palma, rafting on Bistrita River, ATV driving through the nearby forests, traveling with Mocanita – narrow gauge old steam train). The days we planned for this trip were not enough for all the things we could do. We recommend this place and will return happily as for both us and our kids this was a memorable stay! Very good location but the service in the restaurant and reception was very bad. I make a request for a bottle of champagne to have it in the stateroom when I make the reservation but nobody cares about my request. First and last time for me on this location.

Ciprian came to check us in and, while showing us around, he took the opportunity to go through the missing bits and pieces and point things out: not enough wine glasses given the size of our group, outdoors lights not working, etc. He then told us about his new business ventures, new location (much better then the one we booked) so I must say, an interesting way to welcome guests! I believe all this prep work needs to be done in advance to be able to focus on giving everyone a warm welcome :) We had booked a meal (late lunch) at the restaurant next door (well in advance) and were planning to take our guests there, but we changed plans when we were told there's a private event, quite noisy so maybe not the best option for our group? Fair point, but maybe for advance bookings, out of courtesy, it makes sense to give everyone the heads up? We had a good stay overall, but I feel the place needs some maintenance work, especially given the fact that Ciprian positioned it as a 'luxurious' villa: our bathroom door didn't close, towels had a musty, mildewy smell and while spacious, we felt the property needs some attention and care. There were no towels for the pool, no serving dishes and no BBQ utensils even though we had mentioned we will be using the BBQ. To be fair and give him credit, Ciprian was approachable and put the pool temperature up for the kids, fixed the lights, etc so I am sure he will see the benefit in getting honest feedback and will be taking it constructively.

Ne-a placut foarte mult locatia si facilitatile, cu siguranta e un loc de revenit! Am fost impreuna cu alte 3 cupluri si a fost grozav!

Ciprian is always ready to support you and resolve any kind of problems in case they occure. The accommodation was very nice and clean, warm enough during cold days. The accommodation is really a hotel (seriously), with common area kitchen and lounges, ten minutes walk to the city center. Easily five stars.
