Smart TVs in living room & both bedrooms with several streaming services. Electric blankets, extra pillows, spare sheets for each bed. Fold up bed & queen air mattress stored in closet. Deck off back door (numeric code entry) with patio table & chairs, plenty of room for parking. Gas grill outside with picnic table.

Coffee station with keurig, coffee maker & french press with multiple types of k-cups, coffees, teas, creamers, sugar/stevia in kitchen. Kitchen also has toaster oven, crock pot, waffle maker, blenders, hand mixer, plenty of cooking utensils, pots & pans for those who want to prepare meals at home. Please check house rules before booking to make sure this is a right fit for you.

ALSO THERE IS ROOM FOR 6 BUT THE BED SITUATION IS THAT THERE IS A QUEEN BED IN PRIMARY BEDROOM, 2 TWINS IN SECOND BEDROOM, A FOLD UP TWIN STORED & QUEEN BLOW UP MATTRESS STORED IN CLOSET. THIS IS TO HELP SAVE MONEY FOR TRAVELING FAMILIES.

There is a front & back yard with plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles.

Easy to find - exactly 1 mile & only 1 turn from (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes from Elon.

3 minutes from Alamance Regional Hospital (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes from Greensboro, Durham & Chapel Hill area.

HOUSE RULES THAT EVERYONE SHOULD READ:

1 - NO PARTIES - ZERO TOLERANCE FOR PARTYING - Home is in residential neighborhood & host lives next door. Airbnb will be notified & public review will be left accordingly. This is not the place to throw parties.

2- NO SMOKING - This includes any type of tobacco, marijuana or other substance anywhere inside the home. There is a deck with a patio table & chairs you can smoke on, there’s a covered front porch to smoke on if it’s raining and you are welcome to walk around the back yard, in my garden or around the neighborhood if you would like to smoke. Or smoke in your car. Light up anywhere else but inside this home. If you smoke in the home, a review will be left accordingly and you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.

3- CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF - This is a common sense, courteous manners type of thing. Example: There are manicure kits in the bathrooms, if you feel the need to trim your nails, don't pile them up & leave them on the bathroom counter or toss them on the bathroom rugs.

4- BOOKING FOR OTHER PEOPLE IS NOT ALLOWED - If you are not personally planning on staying at this Airbnb, please do not request to stay. This is also against Airbnb's rules

5- CORRECT AMOUNT OF PEOPLE MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR IN RESERVATION - If 2 people are staying at Airbnb, only 2 people must stay. If 5 people are staying at Airbnb, this should be added into the reservation details when booking.
