House Rules:
‣ No parties or events are allowed.
‣ This property is not child or baby-proof.
‣ Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
‣ Do not use the premises for any illegal activity.
‣ No smoking/vaping inside the house. If smoking or vaping outside, guests must be 15 ft away from the entrance and windows and clean up after themselves.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:
• A rental agreement is required at the time of booking. It will be sent immediately after you reserve and must be signed within 48 hours to avoid cancellation.
• A $300 security-deposit hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days after departure, pending no damages.
• Both the rental agreement and the security-deposit hold will be completed through a secure link that begins with: [Removed] This link is sent automatically at the time of booking.
