Inside, light filters through open spaces designed for connection and calm. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the living area, perfect for cozy nights after exploring the shore. You’ll find a comfortable mix of seating, entertainment with TV and books, and Wi-Fi for convenience. The home’s layout allows for both gathering and privacy, with inviting touches throughout that reflect its beachfront setting.

Kitchen & dining
The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals. With a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and both drip and espresso coffee makers, it’s easy to prepare breakfast before the beach or a family dinner around the dining table. Cooking basics and dishware are provided, so you can focus on enjoying your time together.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 7 beds. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and sliding glass doors leading to the deck and hot tub. A second bedroom offers additional comfort for couples or friends, while a bunk room provides a relaxed space for kids or small groups. A detached private en suite includes its own kitchenette and separate entrance, offering extra privacy for extended family, teens, or friends traveling together. Three bathrooms provide convenience for groups.

Essentials & amenities
You’ll have everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a free washer and dryer in unit, towels and linens, heating, and bathroom essentials. Free driveway parking makes arrival easy, and the pet-friendly policy means your four-legged companions can join in the fun.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $65 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
