ROOMS & BEDS: Room 1 - King bed with desk and smart tv, Room 2 - Full bed and twin bed with twin trundle, Room 3 - Queen bed with desk and sink & mirror inside room, Room 4 - Queen bed with sink & mirror inside room. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

BATHROOMS: Bath 1 (jack & jill for room 1 & 2) - Shower, jet tub, toilet with double sinks. Bath 2 (jack & jill for room 3 & 4) - Shower, tub, toilet. Bath 3 - Shower, toilet and sink.

GOURMET KITCHEN: High end stainless steel refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, waffle maker, dishes, wine glass, pots/pans, and more.

PARKING - Maximum 4 vehicles; park inside garage and on driveway. Overnight parking on street is not allowed by city and vehicles will be towed. Do not block neighbor's vehicles as we share driveway. Lock all cars and do not leave food inside car due to bears.

WOOD - Please bring your own wood if you want to use the fireplace.

TRASH - Please bag ALL trash and place maximum 3 bags in gray trash bin inside garage for cleaner to dump off-site as we don't have on-site trash service due to bears. We DO NOT RECYCLE. Do not place trash bags or other uncontained trash with food anywhere on the property due to wild animals. Guest will be charged $25 per bag after allowance of 3. Exception for more than 3 nights stay (1 bag per night).

SNOW REMOVAL - Owner will clear snow on driveway and backdoor walkways to enter house prior to check in time. Guest will need to clear snow in front of garage during their stay with shovels.

CHAINS - All wheel drive and/or chains require during winter snow days. Cancellation and refund is allowed if ALL roads are closed.

CAMERAS - Exterior security cameras only for safety purpose.

GUEST ACCESS - Self check in with keypads for garage and back door. Access to entire home for you and your guests.

OWNER OPERATED - We provide a premium starter kit which includes essentials such as bath towels, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish detergent, dish tabs, sponge, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Please ensure that you bring extra essentials as needed for your extended stay.
