Parkside Farm is 15 mins from downtown GR, 18 mins from GR Int. airport, 4 mins from Tanger Outlet Mall and 22 mins from Gun Lake Casino. Our farmhouse is perfect for overnight stays for business, family or wedding fun! Enjoy our agritourism farm and shop the seasonal Farm Market or book a farm tour or class with the pygmy goats. Our western themed home is large enough to fit 10 guests. In this rural, country setting, we desire our guests to leave feeling restored, relaxed and rejuvenated.

The space

Updated turn of the century farmhouse with hardwood floors and trim throughout. Bedrooms are up a wooden staircase with landing. 1st bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a twin/twin trundle and full bed and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. There is a large couch downstairs for sleeping and two air mattresses (1 twin and 1 queen) that can be set up for 8 or more guests. We charge an extra guest fee after 7 guests. Two full baths, one on the main floor and one upstairs.

Because we are a working agritourism farm and the rental is located on agricultural land, by renting the whole home you acknowledge and grant permission to hosts, volunteers and farm hands the ability to have access to:

- Garage outside of rental and barn behind rental

- Crops, flower plots and commodities on property

- Maple tree grove and sap collection processing

In addition, please be aware as a working agritourism farm, we are family-friendly and offer farm tours, classes and educational opportunities that may require use and access to the acreage surrounding the rental, crops, flower plots, commodities, maple tree grove and barn behind rental.

• Strict no smoking of any kind or vaping is allowed on the premises, inside the home or outdoors. This includes e-cigarettes, cigars and cannabis. If not be abided by, this will result in a cancelled reservation, requiring immediate departure of guests plus any additional cleaning fees charged to guest account. If you plan to smoke this is not the right rental for you, as a result we desire potential guests to find a rental home that fits their smoking needs and expectations.
