Private: garden 1'080 m2 (fenced) with swimming pool (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.6-room house 160 m2, on the lower ground floor. Simple and practical furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen), DVD and air conditioning. Living room. Large kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 showers/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8).
