Sierra Suite is ideal for couples or small groups looking for a comfortable place to recharge between hikes, scenic drives, and park days. The suite sleeps up to 3 guests with one king bedroom and a small sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is best suited for one adult or children, making the space most comfortable for couples or groups of three wanting extra room to spread out.

One of the first things guests notice is how fresh everything feels. This suite was recently remodeled from top to bottom, so the kitchen, bathroom, furnishings, and finishes are all brand new. New windows bring in natural light and mountain views, while the comfortable living area gives you a quiet place to unwind after exploring the majestic Sequoias.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals before heading into the park, along with a Keurig Duo that can brew either single cups or full pots of coffee. Free WiFi, streaming TV, heating, and air conditioning are all provided for a comfortable stay year-round.

The location makes early park mornings easy. At just 6.5 miles from the Sequoia National Park entrance, you can spend less time driving and more time hiking, sightseeing, and exploring among the giant sequoias. When you return, several restaurants and local dining options are within walking distance of the property, making dinner simple after a full day outdoors.

Freshly laundered towels, sheets, pillows, quilts, and blankets are provided for every stay. Starter supplies including dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, trash bags, spices, and basic cooking essentials are stocked for your convenience. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays.

Other things to note:
SHARED PROPERTY
Sierra Suite is located downstairs from another vacation rental. The units do not share amenities, but some noise transfer from the upstairs unit may occasionally occur. Please be respectful of neighboring guests — loud noise and music are not permitted at any time.

SOFA BED
The sofa be is approximately 70 inches by 45 inches and is best suited for smaller guests.

PROPERTY SERVICES
Periodic service visits may occur during stays including landscaping, pest control, and maintenance services.

WILDLIFE
Bears, snakes, scorpions, and other wildlife are active in the area, particularly March through November. Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles. Keep vehicles locked and supervise children outdoors.

POWER
The property is located in a high wildfire-risk area. Utility companies may occasionally initiate precautionary public safety power shutoffs during severe wind conditions. These events are uncommon but possible.

CONNECTIVITY
WiFi is the fastest available in the area but may occasionally fluctuate due to mountain terrain and weather conditions. Most major cell carriers have service.

SECURITY
Exterior security cameras are present monitoring the parking and entry areas. No interior cameras are installed.

CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for weather conditions, wildfire-related utility shutoffs, or park closures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended at the time of booking.

RULES
• Maximum occupancy of 3 is strictly enforced. Occupancy exceeding 3 guests will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and an additional $500 fee.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home
• Do not drive or park in any unpaved areas
• No parties or events of any kind. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and an additional $1,000 fee.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $500 fee
• No 3rd Party Bookings. The person making reservation must be staying at property.
• Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am
• No loud music or excessive noise inside or outside the unit at any time
• Tampering with or disabling the Wifi, or camera will result in immediate cancellation with no refund
• Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors
• No open fires or fireworks allowed
• No feeding wildlife
• No exception to Check-In and Check-Out times unless pre-approved by host in advance
• We do not offer cancellations, refunds, reschedules, or credits of any kind for weather conditions, and/or park closures as these are beyond our control. We strongly suggest that guests purchase the travel insurance at the time of booking if weather and/or park closures are a concern.
• No flushing anything other than toilet paper in toilets (Flushing other items - even if labeled as flushable - could result in damage and additional fees for repairs)
