Baita perfettamente ristrutturata con grande giardino scosceso circondato dal bosco con vista magnifica sulle montagne. Sebbene sembri una proprietà -off the grid- la casa è dotata di comfort sorprendenti per la sua tipologia. Un particolare plauso per la pulizia di bagno e cucina, entrambi peraltro nuovi e spaziosi. L'immobile è composto da due appartamenti con ingressi indipendenti, ma durante il nostro soggiorno il piano inferiore era sfitto. Ad una decina di metri di distanza è presente una mini baita dove durante i giorni feriali nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi ha alloggiato un collaboratore del proprietario silenzioso e riservato. La proprietà si raggiunge in 5 minuti di automobile da Strembo percorrendo una strada caratterizzata da pendenze a tratti elevate e da un ultimo chilometro di sterrato. In assenza di neve questo non rappresenta un problema e lo sterrato è percorribile anche con un auto coupé, a passo d'uomo. Host professionale e reattivo.

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia per 5 notti, siamo stati benissimo. Appartamento accogliente, caldo con tutto il necessario (coperte, lenzuola e asciugamani); cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie e detersivi Gli impianti di risalita di Pinzolo sono raggiungibili con meno di 10 min. di macchina, l'unica pecca è la mancanza di un armadietto per il deposito dell'attrezzatura da sciistica.

La casa di montagna di Lorenz dista da Strembo circa 2 km. E' raggiungibile attraverso una stradina di montagna asfaltata abbastanza ripida con 4-5 tornanti, ma dopo la prima volta ci si abitua. La casa è in una posizione isolata e tranquilla e internamente è di recente ristrutturazione ed è dotata di ogni comfort, compresa la cucina dove abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per cucinare il cenone di capodanno. Internamente il riscaldamento consente di mantenere una temperatura molto calda nonostante il freddo fuori ed è decisamente ben isolata. I due bagni sono completi di tutto il necessario, compresa una doccia veramente di dimensioni generose. Lo spazio esterno garantisce un'ottima tranquillità ed una vista spettacolare lontana dai rumori delle auto. Ottima posizione se si vuole andare a Pinzolo e Madonna di Campiglio. Super consigliata.
