Check In Instructions
As you will be staying in our farmstay with us, it is important for us to know what time after 3pm you will be arriving. That way, we can be sure to be here to welcome you on your arrival.
Check in from 3pm . Check out by 10am.
- DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: From the Arahura Bridge roundabout, turn onto Arahura Valley Road, continue driving east towards the mountains for approx 4km.
- You will see a sign saying GERMAN Road. (You MUST turn onto this road - if you miss the turn off you will not find us!)
- Turn right onto GERMAN ROAD (gravel road) then turn left onto Humphreys Gully West Road. There are two large rocks at the entrance to the driveway.
Look for the 2 big rocks at our gate.
COMMUNICATION: It is best to communicate through the booking platform or via email. We can't get cellphone calls here. If you are running late or need to let us know about a change in your plans, please tell us as soon as possible so we can alter our schedule to suit you. If we don't know in advance, we may not be here to let you in and show you around.
PARKING: There is a large parking space in front of the house. It can park multiple vehicles easily.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Make your way to our front door and knock. Take your shoes off before you come in and then I will show you to your room and give you a quick tour of the area upstairs. I will briefly explain how our home works and I am very happy to give you plenty of advice about what to see and do here. Once you have checked in, you can then bring in your luggage, get settled and have a walk around the farm and visit the animals.
