How to open the lock-box:
I will message you the new code the morning of your arrival.
- Enter code then press the black lever down beside the numbers.
- To return the key, repeat the process again.
- Please make sure the key is left in the lock-box when you check out. There is a key on the hall table for you to use during your stay.

Check in from 3pm . Check out by 10am.
PARKING You may park anywhere on the street in front of the house. Please park facing the correct way (ie not facing oncoming traffic). It is illegal to park on the wrong side of the road in NZ.
You may also park on the grass beside the house or in the back yard. You will need to open the gate to park in the yard.
Note: there is a Ring security camera doorbell at the front door facing the pathway for extra security when the house is empty.
