It's an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy Madrid without staying in the busy city center.

The accommodation is located on the first floor with direct access from the street. So it is very likely that you will hear noises from the street during your stay.
It is a large one room space where the living-dining room, kitchen and sleeping area are together in the same room. The only separate space with a door is the bathroom.

There is no air conditioning. There is an electric radiator for cold weather. We recommend not to exceed 22ºC.

It has a maximum capacity for 3 guests.
