Arezzo is a city in a strategic position to visit all the most important and beautiful places in central Italy.

The city of Florence is about an hour away by train, the city of Rome (the capital of Italy) is about two hours away by train, Siena can be reached by bus from the station and the bus takes about an hour.

The accommodation, in Arezzo via Chimera 75/b, is close to the historic center of the city, the parks, the Porta San Lorentino, restaurants, museums, supermarkets, disco, etc. You will love this accommodation because it is comfortable, clean and romantic, in a strategic position, very quiet and at the same time close to the historic center and the most important parks of the city, given the proximity to the Cathedral of Arezzo and the railway station (less than 1 Km, about ten minutes on foot). The indicated price is for only one person in a room with private bathroom. Each additional person beyond the first guest will pay 35 euros more per night.

Please let us know the time of your arrival in time and send us a message at least 30 minutes before, so that we can be found in the accommodation for check-in.

You will have your own bed and private bathroom, you can freely use the shared kitchen, condo yard, study, relaxation area, radio and tv.

The place is ideal for who cycling because the living room is on the ground floor with direct access to the main road. If you ride a bike, you can comfortably get in with your bicycle from the ground floor entrance and leave it in the corner of the living room where it will be safe and will not disturb other guests.

The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to all types of services: bars, restaurants, tobacco shop, supermarket, shops of all kinds.

The bus stop is a short walk, but it is not necessary, since the apartment is located practically in the historic center of Arezzo.

The Cathedral of Arezzo is located approximately 300 meters.

Each room has a private bathroom for exclusive use. One room is on the ground floor and the other room is on the first floor without a lift, reachable via a convenient internal staircase. For any needs and to check the availability of the rooms, we invite you to contact us in advance, before booking.

The linen service - sheets and towels - is included.

The laundry service is not included. A coin-operated laundry is located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, in via della Chimera n. 111.

A free 24h/24h wifi Internet connection is available inside the accommodation, with password access.

The only places shared with other guests are the kitchen and the living room.

The price indicated is for one person per night. For each additional guest in the room, the cost is 35.00 euros.
