This luxurious four-bedroom duplex flat of 150 m² is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Prague, right next to Wenceslas Square on a quiet street. The famous Old Town Square and the old Jewish quarter are just a few minutes' walk away. Other nearby attractions include Republic Square, Charles Square, Peace Square, Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle district. Wenceslas Square is one of Prague's secrets: trendy, friendly and full of cafés and terrace restaurants, it is ideally located. It is undoubtedly one of Prague's most sung about, described and romanticised districts.

The city centre is easily accessible on foot, but Prague also has an extensive public transport network, including metro, tram and bus. The metro is one of the best means of transport, fast and economical, and runs 7 days a week. Despite its reputation, it is fairly easy to get around and relatively safe. Metro maps are available on trains and pocket maps are available in stations. The nearest metro stations are Museum and Mustek.
