Fenced, well-kept garden plot for communal use with lawn, fruit trees, flowers and shrubs. If you don't feel like eating out in one of the many good restaurants, you can also barbecue in the garden. Owner lives separately in the neighbouring building. Car park in the courtyard. Lake Balaton is only a few minutes' walk away. There is a grocery shop nearby where you can buy breakfast.

Beach holiday at Lake Balaton :

Lake Balaton is a lake in the west of Hungary, which is also the largest lake in Western and Central Europe with an area of 594 square kilometres. Due to its shallow depth of 3.25 metres on average, the lake has a relatively high water temperature, which can rise to 30 degrees in summer. A hotel or holiday home on Lake Balaton is therefore ideal for a swimming holiday, but Lake Balaton is also popular as a destination for an inexpensive wellness holiday, as there are several important spas around the lake. Sporty and active holidaymakers can go sailing, surfing or fishing and the network of cycle paths around the lake has been renewed and expanded in recent years. Lake Balaton also has a wine-growing tradition dating back over 2000 years to the Romans.
