This 'off the grid" retreat is a short distance to Fish Creek eateries, galleries and rail trail. A short drive to Wilsons Promontory , Sandy Point surf beach and Shallow Inlet back beach. Features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ,unsuited and WIR to master bedroom, wake up to breath taking views, high ceilings, loads of natural light, solid fuel heating plus reverse cycle air-conditioners, , open plan living with easy access for outdoor living AND a theatre room.
The space
This home has the "wow" factor when it comes to a view. The directive to capture the best of the view, all of the natural light possible and the best aspect for all weather conditions are here to see. Situated at the end of a court there is no passing traffic. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen- living, electric convection cooktop and oven, split systems for heating and cooling plus rustic wood fire, front deck over spectacular farm and bay views and sheltered rear court area. If the day time view doesn't get you the night time views are a treasure to behold.

Fish Creek is an eclectic country town. There are a number of places to eat and galleries to view. The iconic Fish Creek Hotel (1939) is a magnificently imposing Art Deco building located in the heart of Fish Creek - a personal favourite. The rail trail is also nearby and is great for walking or cycling. Wilsons Promontory National Park is a short 30min drive and local beaches are 12 minutes away.

There is so much to do in Fish Creek and the surrounding areas that a little planning will ensure you make the most of your stay.
. For groceries it's always best to purchase them before you get to Fish Creek. We usually purchase ours in Leongatha where there is a Woolworths and Aldi. Fish creek does have a general store where you can purchase a small variety of fruit and vegetables and a few staple items. Foster is a 15min drive from the property and also has 2 supermarkets, bakery, coffee shops etc.
• The Bistro at Fish Creek is great for lunch or dinner. However I highly recommend you book ahead of time as it is super popular. 03 5683 2404
• If you are into bike riding, the Great Victorian Rail trail passes through Fish Creek. It’s super safe and an awesome way to see the country side. Take up bikes and helmets.
• The property has a fire pit for outside use and a fire place inside. You will need to bring in your own wood. Usually purchased at the petrol station on the way in.
• Make sure you visit Wilsons Prom – You can bush walk/go hiking, go fishing along the board walks, sightseeing and look for wildlife.
• OR you can watch a movie in the super huge theatre room!!
