$2400 all inclusive per month 30 day minimum - up to as many months as you want (please inquire). a one time $250 cleaning fee. 50% deposit will be charged upon booking and 30 day minimum for cancellation for full refund of deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check in. I am seeking people for longer term, no more than 2 people...with the occasional guest. Parking is limited. A nice split floor plan allows for two housemates to have privacy. 2 bedrooms and one bath have its own little private suite with a solid core deadbolted door.

Newly upgraded with a mid century modern flair and unique breezy beachy theme (yes in the mountains - who doesn't love the beach!). Walkable to restaurants, breweries and Carrier park in West Asheville. You have comfy beds (firm and plush) and sparkling new furniture! All inclusive with private entrance and laundry use, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor space to enjoy on the covered front porch.NO PETS DUE TO SEVERE HEALTH ALLERGIES (includes emotional support pets). I clean and am in the space in between guests.

There are 3 smart TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you need.

You may not invite people who are not on the booking into the house without prior permission for stays of more than 2 nights.

This is a fully private space but owner lives on the property (next door). You have a lovely porch with table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
