Wellington Farm a 16th Century Farmhouse located in the heart of the black down hills (AONB) , A30 giving easy access to all local facilities, Jurassic coast, countryside walks and Exeter just 30 minutes away.located along A35, easy access to Sidmouth, Seatons, Axminster, Exeter, ect. one of the recognizable self- catering accommodation. Set in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and on the banks of the River Otter, Honiton is a beautiful country town with a long history. The beaches are pebble and sand with a wide esplanade. Beaches are Sidmouth, Seaton, exmouth....
