• Upon arrival, all guests staying in the apartment will be required to provide a valid ID at check-in.

📌 Important Notes

• No smoking and no pets allowed in the unit.
• Guests arriving after 10 PM must present their reservation confirmation email to security. A temporary parking pass (valid for one night) will be issued if you have a vehicle (please park in Building C’s garage – Spot 353C). If you’re unsure of your assigned parking space, valet service must be used. Guests must return the next day before 11:00 AM to complete registration. Bring your temporary parking pass, and receive your wristbands and the new parking pass. All guests must be present at the front desk to receive and wear wristbands


🔒 Security Deposit – Important to Know

A security deposit of $1,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.
