Renovated oceanside townhouse with fully equipped kitchen, 4BR, 3 full bath - steps to beach and 1 block to Boardwalk. Close to Jolly Rodgers Amusement Park, 24Hr Market, mini-golf, and restaurants/bars. Lots w/in walking distance. Keyless entry. Highest speed WiFi! Smart TV in living area and both master bedrooms - allows privacy if needed. NO PARTIES - WE DO NOT RENT FOR SR WEEKS. During high season, weekly rentals only. Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis w/$100 per pet/stay fee.

The space
Renovations include new HVAC in 2024 - all rooms updated with quiet ductless minisplits. New flooring on main level in 2022 w/ new countertops, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The location is great! We are oceanside, close to the beach and Boardwalk. We are less than 100 steps to the beach - no busy streets to cross. There is something for everyone within walking distance - Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Mini Golf, Candy Kitchen, restaurants, pubs, etc. The townhouse has two private decks, one on main level, and another off master bedroom with ocean views - always a nice breeze. We are directly across the street from a great local Tex-Mex restaurant, Mothers Cantina, as well as Fractured Prune Donut Shop for hot donuts every morning. The North end of the boardwalk is about a block away - more options for food and fun. Full size washer and dryer.

There is a 55" smart TV on the main level with a DVD player. Both masters have large flat screen Smart TVs . Dishwasher and microwave along with all you need for cooking.

Large storage chest stocked with body boards, beach chairs, beach toys and games...everything you need for a good time at the beach.

2 adult size Beach cruiser bikes included for your use. Bikes are stored in lower level closet.

Full size front loading washer and dryer located on first level. Designated parking under unit with additional parking available across the street. Outdoor hose available to rinse sand off.

Other things to note
We purchased this unit to provide our 3 kids with family memories of Ocean City. We love the location and enjoy all this resort city has to offer. We are sure you will too!
