Villamare provides flat access to the beach, making the use of beachcarts, carriages a pleasure, no steps up or down. We also have two oceanfront swimming pools, two outdoor hot tubs, well equipped exercise facility with treadmills, exercise bikes, Universal weight machine, sauna, indoor hot tub and indoor pool. We have also redesigned and built a new grilling area with 4 new modern gas grills with granite countertops adjacent to our beautiful oceanfront picnic area. Villamare is next to the Hilton Hotel Resort with restaurants, bars and shops.


The living room furniture was updated with a comfortable couch, loveseat, end tables, and a large leather upholstered ottomon table.

For your convenience, High Speed WiFi is provided.

WiFi throughout the villa, a very strong and fast signal (secured with an access code).

Granite countertops and shiny Stainless Steel Appliances complementing a well equipped kitchen. A Keurig single cup coffee maker is provided as well as a standard Automatic Drip coffee maker.

Our laundry was updated with a new large capacity front load washer and a large capacity front load dryer.

For your comfort, our HVAC system is well maintained and is serviced twice a year


The living room, dining room and kitchen are open which affords unobstructed views making this unit even more airy, light and friendly.

The master suite offers a king size bed with a brand new mattress, two closets and an 50 inch screen HDTV.

The spacious spare bedroom has two queen beds, a 32 inch smart HDTV and a full bath.


The villa is equipped with a keyless entry system to enhance security and remove the worry of losing keys.

Each renter is assigned a unique code that is activated at check-in and the former tenant's code is deactivated when they check-out.


Exceptionally clean with a top-to-bottom clean before each guests visit. Fresh linens are always provided for each guest.
