Villa Silver El Duque | Private Pool & Parking - Costa Adeje

Villa Silver is a 200 m² private villa in El Duque, Costa Adeje, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool, terraces, a tropical garden, BBQ area and private garage parking. The fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; air conditioning is available in the bedrooms.

Standard capacity is 8 adults, plus up to 2 children or teenagers using the bunk bed. Each bunk is limited to a guest aged 18 or under and weighing no more than 80 kg; use of the upper bunk requires prior confirmation. The lead guest must be at least 30 years old. A younger lead guest requires written approval and a 40% higher security deposit.

Minimum stay: 1 night, subject to availability. Offers are normally valid for 72 hours. If arrival is more than 30 days away, 30% is payable to reserve and 70% no later than 30 days before arrival. For arrivals within 30 days, 100% is payable after written confirmation. Check-in is 15:00–18:00; arrival after 18:00 requires prior approval and costs €50. Check-out is 09:00–12:00.

Final cleaning is €250. A refundable security deposit of €1,500 is required; release is normally initiated within 48 hours after cleaning and inspection if no issues are found. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Parties, events, visitors not included in the booking and pets require prior written approval. A single cat or dog up to 10 kg may be considered after prior disclosure and approval; an additional €1,000 pet deposit applies.

Daily concierge service is not included. Transfers, private chef, grocery delivery, car hire, yacht trips, experiences, extra beds and early/late times can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and approval, and are charged separately. Cancellation, date-change, no-show and early-departure terms are those in the accepted written booking confirmation or contract.
