A hiking trail offers easy access to both the village of Domaso, located downstream, and the village of Vercana, located upstream. The cities of Como, Lecco and Milan, as well as the nearby Valtellina, are easily accessible by car, hydrofoil, bus or train.

Sports enthusiasts can choose from a variety of activities: surfing, kitesurfing, water-skiing, sailing, tennis and golf; you can hire a boat to explore the beauty of the lake, or enjoy wonderful excursions (on foot or mountain bike) in the mountains or along the shore.

The recently completed renovation has maintained the Art Nouveau style typical of early 20th century Larian villas, partially restoring the mansard, but has equipped the property with functional furnishings and modern technology.
