type of building: terraced house. size of property: 500m². year of construction: 2009.This large, detached holiday house with a little garden is somewhat outside Drvenik on the island of Drvenik Veliki and is near the sea and the beaches. You can enjoy the sun, the beach and tranquillity in unspoilt nature, far away from the noise of town. The house is for your own exclusive use.
The house has a garden planted with Mediterranean plants and flowers. The site is enclosed by a wall and therefore ensures maximum privacy. Two parking spaces are available. Outside there is a walled sitting area with a stone table and stone benches, as well as a barbecue. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace and the balconies.
The comfortably furnished house was renovated in 2013 and can accommodate eight people. Two of the total of four spacious bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a cupboard. The two others, which have a separate entrance from the garden, are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), cupboard and dresser. Two bedrooms also have their own bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a third, separate bathroom. The modern kitchen with a dining table is fully equipped. The large living room has a comfortable sitting area with sofas and an LCD TV, as well as a dining table for eight people.
It is 500 metres to the locality and 250 metres to the sea. You can spend carefree days on the nearby beaches, relax, soak up the sun and experience the sea. The boat that connects the island with the town of Trogir runs three times a day the whole year round. The boat harbour is just five kilometres from Split airport and there are regular bus connections from the airport to Trogir. It is therefore easy to arrange a day trip to Split. There are four restaurants on the island, of which three are in the main bay and one is in the famous Krknjaši bay, where there is also a popular sandy beach. There is also a shop for everyday groceries on the island.
The house provides a wireless Internet connection and a safe for your valuables.
