The first floor, used as sleeping area just like in the past, is accessible by both inner and outer staircase, the latter covered by a loggia. It is composed of two double bedrooms with private bathroom and two additional bedrooms, a double and a triple one, sharing a full bathroom with shower. In the Torre colombaia (the very top part of the house), which is another distinguishing feature of the Leopoldina architecture, there is a romantic double bedroom with private bathroom. Finally a triple bedroom with bathroom is located in the lovely stone annex.Garden and Pool:Inside the wide garden, guests can find the BBQ area, equipped with oven and grills; a gazebo where to enjoy al fresco meals overwhelmed by the smell of jasmine bushes and experience romantic sunsets in this part of countryside. The pool, equipped with solarium area and sunbeds can be reached both through the lovely staircase and the grassy ramp.
