One flat on the upper floor and one on the ground floor: Each flat is suitable for 4-5 people and has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a spacious living room with a seating area and sleeping facilities for a 5th person, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. The flat on the upper floor has a fireplace and a balcony with garden furniture and is 74 square metres in size (+ balcony).
The flat on the ground floor has a veranda with garden furniture but no fireplace and is 70 square metres in size (+ veranda). Both flats have air conditioning.
