This Private Pool Villa Anatta is created for peaceful rest and a complete reset.
The name Anatta was inspired by a Buddhist concept associated with clarity, calmness and freedom from everyday stress.

Here, the house blends seamlessly with nature. Shimmering water, daytime sunlight, soft evening lighting, and tropical greenery come together to create a calm environment.
Natural materials and Thai-inspired design shape an atmosphere of harmony and quiet comfort.

The villa sits on a large private plot. A spacious terrace with sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a private infinity pool surrounded by greenery creates a calm outdoor living space.

The main pavilion includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; the master bathroom has a bathtub. A bright living room with a Smart TV and a dining area forms the central part of the house. The fully equipped European kitchen features a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, all essential utensils and a dining table for six guests.

The third bedroom is located in a separate pavilion with its own bathroom, offering privacy for guests or family members.

The interior follows a modern Thai aesthetic: natural wood and simple décor create a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults (additional sleeping arrangements for children can be provided if needed).

Guests have full access to the entire villa and private grounds.
The complex is gated and secure, with beautifully landscaped gardens, shared parking, and a small air-conditioned gym.

Right across the road, you’ll find a minimart and a restaurant in the nearby apartment complex.
Just a short walk away are a 7-Eleven and several local restaurants.
Within a few minutes’ drive are Makro, Villa Market, and HomePro.
Nai Harn Beach and the Rawai promenade are 10–15 minutes away by car.

Across the road at Saturdays Condo: a minimart and a restaurant. Cafés, massage salons, 24/7 shops and ATMs are within walking distance.

Makro, Villa Market (Chalong) and Tops Mixmall (Rawai seaside) are 5–10 minutes away by car.

The villa is located in a gated, quiet part of Naiharn with a private resort feel. Walkways run through tropical greenery, creating a calm, secluded setting.
On-site facilities include covered parking and an air-conditioned gym.

• No parties allowed.
• Electricity is charged separately based on meter readings (check-in / check-out).
• Security deposit 100–500 USD collected at check-in to cover electricity usage (amount depends on length of stay). Airbnb guests are exempt when electricity is processed through Airbnb based on meter readings.
