Venice Place is a sustainable luxury one bedroom guest house with a private patio and garden, set in a peaceful corner of Venice Beach. .This home boasts a spacious open floor plan: 660 square feet furnished in a contemporary minimalistic style with inside-outside connection of kitchen and living room with high vaulted ceilings. The private sunny patio extends from the bedroom and living room into the garden. Garden includes lounging and dining arrangements and a water feature.

Fully-equipped kitchen with osmosis water filtration system. Stainless steel appliances. Living room fireplace. Washer and dryer. TV in bedroom (Apple TV), Beats Pill music box and high speed wireless internet.

There is one king-size bed. Luxury towels and linens. Relax in the over-sized soaking tub. Danish hardwood floors in living room and bedroom. Travertine stone and fine Italian glass tiles in kitchen and bathroom.

The property is a sustainable home including 100% solar electric power, reverse osmosis water filtration system, king size bed, luxury down bedding and pillows, luxury towels (Frette) and linens (Matteo) and all non-toxic cleaners. Full modern kitchen and bathroom including soaking tub. Large living room with high ceilings and gas fireplace. Silent air conditioning.

We are on call if guests require assistance, otherwise we leave them to enjoy their stay in beautiful Venice Beach, California.

Venice is a melting pot of cultures and people. It is home to artists, movie stars and entrepreneurs, with a great beach and famous boardwalk as well as world class restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios and boutique stores.

The property is the perfect distance from the beach and boardwalk, but far enough away to come home to peace and tranquility.

The property is a short bike ride to Venice Boardwalk and the beach. Whole Foods Market, as well as Rose Avenue with all its high-end coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques are within easy walking distance. We have beach cruiser bikes for rent.

QUIET TIME: 10.00 pm to 7.00 am PRIVATE PROPERTY: All our homes are privately owned property, as opposed to a hotel, resort or the like. The amenities available on the property are described in the property description on the HOST website. EcoBoutiqueHomes HOST (HOST) acts on behalf of the Property Owners we represent as a facilitator to provide accommodation services only. EARLY DEPARTURE: There are no refunds for early departure. MAINTENANCE: RENTER must inform HOST as soon as possible about any stoppage of utilities or dysfunctional appliances, such as water heater, washer, dryer, refrigerator, ovens or any defects in the electrical and plumbing system as well as roof and windows. All maintenance issues must be reported directly to our office. Non-emergency maintenance issues reported after 5:00 PM may not be addressed until the following morning or business day. RENTER RESPONSIBILITY: RENTER accepts responsibility to properly maintain the Rental Property during occupancy and agrees to pay for any breakage, damage, or loss caused by renter or visitors of renter during occupancy, other than normal wear and tear. DEPOSIT RETURN Any remainder of the security deposit will be returned or cleared to RENTER within 14 (fourteen) days following renter’s vacating the rental property after all terms and conditions of this agreement are satisfied, minus any costs to repair, extra cleaning or replace any damage or loss to the Rental Property or the contents thereof. HOST may retain all or part of the deposit for compensation for any damage or violation of the terms and conditions of the lease agreement. KEYS AND GARAGE OPENERS: RENTER will receive one door key and garage opener (where applicable) for all doors and gates upon check-in. All keys and garage openers are to be left on the kitchen countertop upon departure. There is a $50 fee for each lost key and a $100 for each lost garage opener. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The overnight rental property maximum occupancy is listed in the property description. Daytime maximum occupancy shouldn’t exceed twice the overnight maximum occupancy. In the event that the daytime or overtime maximum occupancy be exceeded without previous written consent from HOST, HOST will charge the RENTER’S security deposit a minimum $500 fee per incident and reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately. PETS: Pets are not allowed in the rental property. RENTERs who bring a pet or pets without written approval by the HOST will forfeit ALL SUMS PAID and their security deposit and may be evicted from the property. The renter agrees that for every violation of this clause HOST will charge a minimum $500 cleaning fee to renter’s security deposit. In case RENTER brings a service animal into the home RENTER agrees to have $500 deducted from his/her security deposit. In case there is no security deposit renter agrees to pay HOST a $500 fee which is due before check-out. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in or around any of the rental property. RENTER authorizes HOST to charge for every non-smoking violation to renter a minimum $500 cleaning fee. NO PHOTO SHOOT OR SIMILAR: Shoots, castings, production meeting, test shots, stage or studio rehearsals or similar gatherings are not allowed in the rental property. RENTERs who violate this rule without written approval by the HOST will forfeit their entire security deposit and may be evicted from the property.
