With a secure parking area under CCTV systems and with an electric gate for which we give you 1 remote control.
Parking requires some driving experience, please observe it before entering.

Other things to note
The TV screens are Smart, so it does not include cable service.
However, it is offered with access to streaming apps.

NOTE: AyA, the drinking water service provider in San Ramon, makes cuts in the early hours. It could be that from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. some days this service is not available. We leave water drums in the laundry room in case you have an emergency.

Our apartments do not directly face the main street, which allows us to offer you a much more intimate, safe and quiet atmosphere than the conventional accommodations in the center.
