Vacation home Le Pivert - shared pool - Paulhiac

Welcome to our vacation home Le Pivert. This detached house is located on the small holiday estate "Aux Martis", in the beautiful countryside of Lot-et-Garonne (on the border with the Dordogne). At the end of a gravel path and hidden between old oak trees, you would think you were in the middle of nature. But civilization is just around the corner, and the house is fully equipped. The terrace overlooks the valley, and a small path leads to the swimming pool for a refreshing dip.

The kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, from the living room a staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is a third bedroom.

- Modern equipped kitchen with induction hob, hot air oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, mixer.
- Living room with sofa and armchairs. During the cold winter months, you can enjoy the wood-burning stove here (note that the wood stove is the only source of heating).
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity
- Bedroom 1 with double bed of 160x200
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds of 80x200
- Mezzanine with bed of 90x190

The swimming pool is located about 30 meters walk from the home and is equipped with sun loungers, shaded areas and parasols. It is a shared swimming pool: guests of the 3 other holiday homes on the estate use it, as well as any campers of our mini campsite. The swimming pool is open from June to September, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

- There is a baby crib and high chair
- The washing machine is shared and is located in a common area next to the campers' sanitary facilities.
- Bed linen is always provided, adapted to the season. Bath linen is optional.
- There is WiFi
- Pets are allowed (max 1 pet)
