Sunny Beach is the largest seaside resort on the Black Sea, famous for its long sandy beach, excellent entertainment options for both young people and families, and delicious cuisine.

I offer apartments in Yasen Complex, located in the very heart of the resort — just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the main seaside promenade, and 10 minutes on foot to the resort center. Despite its central location, the complex is preferred for its peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

The complex features a large, beautifully landscaped garden, barbecue area, and swimming pools for adults and children. The greenery and flowers create a cozy and relaxing environment.

Free parking is available subject to availability. If no free spaces are available, there is a paid parking area nearby, and in this case, the parking fee will be deducted from the accommodation price.

Guests can also enjoy sports courts, a fitness center, a restaurant, and a supermarket, all located within the complex.

The apartments are situated on different floors and are suitable for 4–5 guests. Each apartment has its own advantages and offers a living area of approximately 55–65 sq.m., including an entrance hall, two rooms (a living room with kitchenette and a bedroom), a bathroom, and a balcony.

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay.

The season in Sunny Beach starts in mid-May and lasts until the end of September.
For a quieter holiday and milder temperatures, June and September are ideal. July and August are perfect for those who love true summer — strong sunshine and endless entertainment.

Nearby you will find numerous restaurants offering a wide variety of delicious food, a fun park, casino, shops, and bus stops with convenient transport to the ancient town of Nessebar and Marina Dinevi in Sveti Vlas.
