ABSOLUTELY NO events or gatherings on property. ONLY registered guests allowed on property at any time. No abuse of alcohol. No drugs. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of booking with no refund. Strictly enforced. Confirmed reservation and payment will serve as binding agreement and full understanding of house rules and agreement to comply. Check Out Rules: Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning fees being assessed Cabin should be left as guests find it upon check in, neat and orderly with all furnishings in their proper place and decor as it was upon check in. Guests should load all dirty dishes into dishwasher, add detergent and start dishwasher upon check out. All garbage cans should be emptied and trash taken to the bins at top of driveway. Bedding can be left on beds and dirty towels can be left in bathrooms. Floors should be swept clean of any food or debris guests may have deposited. Stovetop should be wiped down. Please do not leave any personal items behind as there is no guarantee they can be returned to you if left. Thermostat should be set to 55 in winter (heat) and 80 in summer (cool) upon leaving and all doors and windows should be locked.
