Inside, the property consists of two cottages that can accommodate up to 10 people divided into two rooms. You will find all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, a sauna and a rustic kitchen equipped with a gas and wood stove, refrigerator and fireplace. The interior reflects the style and rustic charm of the region, offering a true return to the roots.
The exterior of the property echoes the magnificent surrounding mountain environment. It features a giant copper cauldron, once used for cheese making, but now transformed into an innovative outdoor heated pool (hotpot) from which to enjoy unforgettable views. This outdoor space is perfect for absorbing the natural beauty of the area in complete relaxation.
The surrounding area is full of wonderful hiking trails that promise unforgettable adventures amidst the mountain scenery. Rasa, located only 1 km away, can be reached by public transport with only one access route. The cable car connects the village to Verdasio in the valley, where there is a car park and train station, making access to the property convenient and inviting for explorers.

⚠️ Important:
Closure of the Rasa-Verdasio cable car
Unfortunately, the Rasa-Verdasio cable car will be closed from January until the end of summer 2026, as it will be completely renovated. During this period it will not be possible to use it.
However, we guarantee luggage transport and, on request, we can also organise rides for our guests with our private cable car, which takes them directly to our company. Arrival and departure are free of charge, while each additional ride costs CHF 20.
For any further details or logistical questions, we are happy to help.
Arrival by car
If you arrive by car, you can load your luggage onto our private cable car in Sassalto (between Corcapolo and Verdasio, on the left-hand side, a red cable car, about 1 km downstream of the Verdasio train station).
We will transport your luggage directly to your accommodation.
Arrival by train
If you arrive by train, we can pick you up in Corcapolo or Verdasio and take you and your luggage with our private cable car to Corte.
Your luggage will be delivered directly to your accommodation.
Arrival from Bordei or Corcapolo
For guests arriving on foot from Bordei, a footpath of about 3 km leads to Termine / Monti (about 1 hour's walk).
It is also possible to reach Corte di Sotto on foot from Corcapolo (approx. 1.5 hours' walk).
From Corte di Sotto, you can reach Monti in about 45 minutes on foot.
