Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has 2 queen beds. Both rooms feature brand-new mattresses along with all-new furniture and new luxury linens!

The living room has a large, comfortable couch along with two swivel chairs. There is a smart TV where you may log in to your streaming services.

The dining area has a counter-height table that seats 4 comfortably.

The full kitchen has everything you need for a snack or to cook a full meal! A starter pack of coffee (K-cups), creamers, and sweeteners are provided along with a dual-mode Keurig coffee maker - full drip pot or single Keurig K-cup. New dishwasher installed July 2025.

The perfect location for football games, basketball games, college visits, and more! This complex is centrally located downtown but tucked away in a quiet complex.

Toomer’s Corner is a 5-minute walk - 2 blocks from our condo! Celebrate a big win with a short walk to roll Toomer’s!

Enjoy relaxing at the shared pool in the complex.

High-speed Wifi is provided.

Two parking passes are provided. Please make sure these are visible in your vehicle(s) while on property to avoid being towed.

Linens, towels, and basic household products are provided.

A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods are provided.

A few things to note -

Our property does NOT allow pets of any kind.

We do NOT allow parties or events.

Renters must be 25 years of age or older.

NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo or on the porch.

We have a Ring doorbell outside next to the front door for the safety of everyone. This faces outside and there are no cameras inside or facing the interior.
