Please note that the downstairs area is a separate space with no internal stairs to the first level. Access to the second level, where the Kitchen, Living, and Dining Room are located, requires using the stairs outside.

The water levels depicted in the pictures reflect the current levels with Lake Placid Dam undergoing repairs. The water extends 3 to 6 ft in front of the dock, providing an ideal setting for activities like swimming, tubing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Steps leading to the river bed ensure easy access to the water, and the levels remain consistent with a continuous feed from the Canyon Lake Reservoir.

Please be aware that the property features several staircases and steep drops near the docks, making it potentially unsuitable for toddlers.
